Kathy is a Texas-licensed CPA with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and professional services, bringing a rare combination of financial expertise and recruiting acumen to our team. She holds both a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and launched her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young before transitioning into executive search. As founder of her own successful search firm and former Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Independent Bank, Kathy has built a proven track record of placing C-suite executives, officers, and specialized professionals across multiple industries. Her CPA background gives her a deep understanding of the technical competencies and leadership qualities required for accounting and finance roles, while her consultative approach and commitment to quality ensures our clients receive only the most qualified candidates for their critical hiring needs.
